Good customer service but wrong commitments I am happy with the customer representative at the center and was given timely information. However, while scheduling the appointment I was confirmed I am happy with the customer representative at the center and was given timely information. When I asked for it at the center they made all the excuses about shortage of manpower etc. so it seems they are just trapping people to come to their center. More
