TERRIBLE SERVICE They don’t update you. They are unorganized. 3 days turned into 2 weeks. Service guy would contradict himself a lot. Completely unsatisfied. Recently They don’t update you. They are unorganized. 3 days turned into 2 weeks. Service guy would contradict himself a lot. Completely unsatisfied. Recently the brake light system came on the dashboard. I immediately called roadside assistance and they were able to help me tow it to a nearby Honda, to my luck it was Hudson Honda. Took it in a Wednesday December 26. They told me that my car would be checked first thing in the morning of that Thursday. Thursday came and nothing , I called later that evening and they told me that the car wouldn’t be ready till Friday , cause of the pieces and what not. I told them “okay, call me when it’s ready” .. Friday came and no call, I let it be, Saturday came and it was almost evening when I called them. They told me that my car had something else that was wrong with it and that they had to order the pieces and because it was the holidays they weren’t going to arrive till Thursday (January 3). He told me that he can offer me a loaner car. I agreeed. Now hear I am 9 days later. Jan 4th a Friday. Heard nothing from them yesterday. So called today , just so they can tell me that the parts still haven’t arrived and that they “called” the parts place to see what was going on and that they were backed up in shipments and there is no say in when the parts will be shipped . xxx? And then he offers me a loaner car ... like did he forget I already have a loaner ? So now he estimates the car being ready in the next 1-2 weeks . He was going to call me back after talking to his manager in regards to switching my loaner car to a HertZ car rental car ? Like huh??? So just now I recieved a call from Honda, it was a girl this time , telling me that “just wanted to remind you that your parts arrived at Honda, when will you like to schedule an appointment to bring in your car?” At this point I’m beyond pissed. IS MY CAR EVEN THERE !????? Please don’t come to this dealership for service or to even purchase a vehicle. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional, unorganized. Check for other local Honda’s . But this one don’t even waste your time. More

Bad experince All needed was an oil change web site gives wrong info about working days and hours no body answers phone calls I tried ton line finally made appoint All needed was an oil change web site gives wrong info about working days and hours no body answers phone calls I tried ton line finally made appointment I am not sure if they changed oil because oil percen is %10 light is on I called no answer I chatted with a persi they said they will get back to me again they did not call or e mail or messge (they asked me all my info I gave them). I had to drive my car low oil sign on. I am Very angry and very sorry. More
