Incompetents, i did an appointment for 4pm I was there at 3:45pm they take my car fast to the service area to do a Oil change, after almost 2 hours i went outside and seen my car there so I ask why didn’t ca 3:45pm they take my car fast to the service area to do a Oil change, after almost 2 hours i went outside and seen my car there so I ask why didn’t call me that was done and the guy told me that something happened I ask what happen? He goes your car is to low and the mechanics didn’t wants to put your car on the lift cause is on airbags I tell them so why you guys wait almost 2 hours to tell me that??? Why didn’t call me and I help to put it on the lift the car was really high to go to the lift they just didn’t want to do my oil change I believe. I lost 2 hours of my time. Also garden state Honda always do my oil change and they never said (NO) they take my car and do the oil change max 1 hour. I’ll never go to Hudson to do anything. Please Eric Silva do something about it because that’s not right More
