Unethical, immoral, and illegal. I brought my new car in with some kind of internal leak. Service department looked at it, drained the water from the floor pan without my consent a I brought my new car in with some kind of internal leak. Service department looked at it, drained the water from the floor pan without my consent and said they found no issues! They returned me a smelly car without any direction on what to do next. This Honda location will not take care of a manufacturer defect and will try to cover it up to avoid fixing it. Please stay away! More
