Dealing with Rico Purdie was a pleasure as he was polite, engaging, and knowledgable...but most of all willing to talk bottom line rather than all the "other stuff" for which car salesmen get the bad rep. Amazing Experience! I really enjoyed my experience at Hudson Nissan in North Charleston. My sister, niece and I arrived on the lot before my uncle (who is the one who kno I really enjoyed my experience at Hudson Nissan in North Charleston. My sister, niece and I arrived on the lot before my uncle (who is the one who knows what he is doing) so we drove around the lot a couple of times trying to avoid the sellers running after us as we have experienced at other lots. When we did get out to look around, we were not bombarded by sales people and it didn't feel overwhelming. I wanted a newer Nissan Rogue and Austin showed us exactly what I wanted that also fell into my price range. I decided I wanted to go ahead inside so we could start talking numbers and they were able to offer a lower interest rate and car payment than the bank auto loan I already had gotten pre approved for. Buying cars is quite a process and I had my 4 year old niece there. Austin was very good with her, gave her popcorn and a drink and told us about the play area they had specifically for kids. When he took the car to the back to get cleaned up, he noticed that there was a piece of paper fluttering in one of the air vents and another air vent was actually missing a piece that we didn't notice before. Instead of ignoring that and selling it to us anyways he made sure I got connected with someone on the lot that would have me bring the car back to be fixed free of charge. Unfortunately I have had experience with lots of cars and after my previous car was sold to me off of a local lot with major engine problems, I was really nervous to get back on the car buying game. All of the staff at Hudson were very welcoming and I felt confident in my buying my 2011 Nissan Rogue. It was overall a great experience and I have already recommended them to many of my friends and family! -Erika B More
