Amazing Experience! I really enjoyed my experience at Hudson Nissan in North Charleston. My sister, niece and I arrived on the lot before my uncle (who is the one who kno I really enjoyed my experience at Hudson Nissan in North Charleston. My sister, niece and I arrived on the lot before my uncle (who is the one who knows what he is doing) so we drove around the lot a couple of times trying to avoid the sellers running after us as we have experienced at other lots. When we did get out to look around, we were not bombarded by sales people and it didn't feel overwhelming. I wanted a newer Nissan Rogue and Austin showed us exactly what I wanted that also fell into my price range. I decided I wanted to go ahead inside so we could start talking numbers and they were able to offer a lower interest rate and car payment than the bank auto loan I already had gotten pre approved for. Buying cars is quite a process and I had my 4 year old niece there. Austin was very good with her, gave her popcorn and a drink and told us about the play area they had specifically for kids. When he took the car to the back to get cleaned up, he noticed that there was a piece of paper fluttering in one of the air vents and another air vent was actually missing a piece that we didn't notice before. Instead of ignoring that and selling it to us anyways he made sure I got connected with someone on the lot that would have me bring the car back to be fixed free of charge. Unfortunately I have had experience with lots of cars and after my previous car was sold to me off of a local lot with major engine problems, I was really nervous to get back on the car buying game. All of the staff at Hudson were very welcoming and I felt confident in my buying my 2011 Nissan Rogue. It was overall a great experience and I have already recommended them to many of my friends and family! -Erika B More

I was very impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle, a Wonderful experience at Hudson Nissan! I purchased my first rogue back in 2010. I was very impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle, and even more impressed with the function and capability of the rogue. I liked it so much I even traded into a newer rogue 2 years later! I now own the 2012 Nissan Rogue SV edition and I LOVE it! My sister also purchased a rogue after I did because she loved mine so much. I live in Goose Creek and Hudson Nissan is a convenient location to get my car serviced and for purchasing vehicles. Highly recommend! More

We found a small issue when we picked up the vehicle. The service manager came to look and decided it couldn't be fixed that evening. We took delivery and waited for a call that the necessary part had arrived. We got the call and brought the vehicle in, to find out after an hour and a half of waiting, that the part hadn't even been ordered yet. The service manager guaranteed that it was now ordered. Two weeks later, after getting another call, we brought it back in. Service had us shuttled to somewhere we could have breakfast. Called us to say it was ready. And shuttled us back. All done. But the service manager had offered to fill our gas tank when our first visit failed. When we got in the tank had not been filled. The manager had a tech lead us to a gas station and fill our tank. A little confusion and inconvenience but they eventually make us happy. More
"Satisfied" I went to Hudson Nissan looked at the 2014 and 2015 Nissan Rogue. The salesman, Andre Toro was very patient and thorough in explaining the features I went to Hudson Nissan looked at the 2014 and 2015 Nissan Rogue. The salesman, Andre Toro was very patient and thorough in explaining the features on both. To my surprise the 2015 was the best choice. It had all the features I wanted, the price offered with the rebate was within my budget and most of all I could get my first choice of colors (Cayenne Red). The whole process took a lot less time than I expected. I received follow up calls to make sure everything was ok and if I was enjoying all the features in my 2015 Nissan Rogue.
