What can I say, Hudson Nissan is everything I hoped to find Seriously, we all see ads talking about how family oriented a place is, how we'll work with you and your situation, all the deals and incentives they Seriously, we all see ads talking about how family oriented a place is, how we'll work with you and your situation, all the deals and incentives they offer, how there's no high pressure sales ploys but usually when you get there you find out very quickly this is not the case. No, instead you end up with a place that treats you like the black sheep of the family, might be able to get you into something after you donate a kidney or promise your first born, show a bunch of great deals\incentives that for some reason or other you just don't quite qualify for, all the while breathing down your neck and going buy, buy, buy. Before I even visited the lot I was like most shopping around doing price\service comparisons and contacting their internet reps at various Nissan dealerships around the state, because I knew I wanted a Nissan. First off, Eric Fly at Hudson was the first to contact me via Internet and phone before any of the other dealers and discuss my situation and what I was looking for. Hudson also had the most appealing deals and after sales services and after speaking with a few of the other Nissan dealerships in the area I decided to focus on Hudson. Anyway, Tuesday after work I decided to go to the Hudson dealership and I was promptly greeted on the lot by Nicole Cramer, who introduced me to Tim Johnson, since my main contact Eric Fly had just gotten promoted. Tim rocks! Tim has the patience of a saint, he was filled in by myself and Eric and to work he went crunching numbers with Terry, showing me each and every Altima on the lot, answering every question I could come up with never once making me feel silly or under pressure to purchase something I didn't want or more than I was prepared to pay for!! Tim knows his stuff, he's a real people person, and goes above and beyond for his customers and with the help of Melissa Luedtke they were able to get me into not a 2013, not a 2014, but a brand spanking new still in the plastic wrap 2015 Nissan Altima with payments I can afford and service beyond any I've seen or heard offered anywhere around!! I will personally be a repeat customer and encourage anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle to check out Hudson Nissan, not only because I love the Nissan brand, but because of people and dealerships like this that make you feel like part of their family, that make you feel like they want your business and that you're not just another number\sales figure to them, and the service doesn't hurt either! More

Everyone went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. It was more than making a sale. They truly treat you like family and want you to feel welcome not only during the purchase but afterwards as well during your maintenance. Everything was explained in detail and I knew all options available to me. I'm happy to say that in my experience of buying cars, no one can beat Hudson Nissan. I came in close to closing time but everyone that was needed stayed around to make sure I was taken care of. Even after the doors had been locked as it was after closing time, the salesman (Jon) stayed with my wife going on everything she would need to know about her Pathfinder and allowing her to ask questions and take all the time she needed. The tour of the dealership was very impressive. Computers w/ internet while you wait on maintenance, kids' playroom, tv, snacks, drinks. They truly want to make their customers (who become family) comfortable. You are given not only the business number but cell numbers to anyone you might need to get in contact with for any issues or just questions you may have. Ryan was very pleasant, a pleasure to meet and do business with and made sure that while my wife was there alone test driving that she didn't feel pressured but let her know that he was there for her and the choice was with us. Finance? It felt like having a conversation with an old friend while dealing with Casey Jiles. Lots of laughs and getting to know one another. I could go on and on! Try Hudson Nissan. Until we met Dave, our salesman Dave Worden was wonderful. We didn't have to go home because he gave us the information we were looking for, let us test drive the vehicle, gave us MORE information and then LET. US. GO. No heavy pressure, no "if you leave now, this deal will expire", just a great person trying to help us. He was happy to let us go have lunch and discuss our options, which we did and called him from lunch to tell him we would be back to sign the necessary paperwork. It was the most stress free transaction we have every had, it was refreshing and I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy a car who does not want someone chasing them down to do so. We were looking at a number of manufacturers (7) but our focus was on similar mid-size cars. My husband made contact with our Sales Representative, Andre Toro, online and set up an appointment that afternoon. Andre was a well informed, knowledgeable Sales Rep who had (from my husband's list of specifications) pulled a car from his inventory and had it waiting for us to inspect and test drive. The entire experience, start to finish, was delightful. We are so happy with our 2014 Altima, it looks, feels and drives like one of the more expensive cars out there. I would recommend Andre Toro to anyone who wants buying a car to actually be enjoyable. More
