The young woman you hired to greet customers as they come on your lot is a good access to your business. I liked her coming up to us and asking us if we needed help. He had answers for all the questions I asked, offered me water several times (it was hot outside), he went "to work for me" to help me get the monthly payments where I felt comfortable, he made sure I was satisfied with the car before I left and called 2 days later to make sure I was satisfied and he made sure I knew that if I ever had any questions to call him. He also gave me a tour of dealership and showed me exactly where to pull in to get my warrantied services. He was GREAT and he didn't rush me into making any decisions!
