I must say we were extremely pleased shopping at this dealership for a used car. I had gone to several other dealers before visiting Nissan and we were so disappointed in the salesperson. The other dealers were not very enthusiatic about selling a used vehicle. It was extremely hot the night we went (100)degrees and it seemed like no one wanted to be bothered selling a car that night. When going to Hudson Nissan we were first introduced to a woman from Customer Service as we were walking from our car. She said she would go inside and get us a salesperson. When the salesperson came out he introduced himself to as Mikey Lam, and he asked us what we were looking for in a used vehicle. He was so very pleasant to do business with. Considering the circumstances of the weather he took his time in showing us a few cars that were in our price range. He was also so kind as to go get us bottled water. Now that we all liked. He is so knowledgeable about cars we were all amazed. He knew about all the cars we looked at. You have a great salesman at Hudson Nissan and I would most defintely tell anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go see "Mikey Lam". My overall experience was between bad and ok. Mikey, our salesman was great! We were initially looking at a Juke but decided the size was too small for a growing family so we decided to go with a mid-size s salesman was great! My only reason for not dealing with this dealership again is because it took them over 3 weeks for them to do work that needed to be done to the car and I had to initiate the process. I was told many times that the service manager would give us a call but after 3 weeks I got tired of waiting and wanted to get it over with so I wouldn't have to deal with them again! More

We went to this dealership with intentions to buy used and with a budget. Dreading the usual car purchasing experience we were pleasantly suprised when we were greeted by Andre. He asked what we were in the market for, we told him we didn't want to waste our time or his, and we were just looking for a couple prices on some used trucks on the lot. He told us he was on his way out, but would be happy to help us. While checking out the used vehicles, and telling him what we were looking for price/payment wise, he talked us into checking out the 2011 Nissan Titan. Not wanting us to be disappointed, before test driving, Andre had the finance office and manager discuss the price, financing rate and payments on a set price range to make sure it was within our budget. We took the Titan for a drive and were in love! After a little wheeling and dealing we ended up walking out the door with a brand new vehicle, a $500 gas card and a lifetime warranty, all within our budget! To top it all off, Andre actually stayed almost two hours after closing to finish the deal with us, even though three hours earlier he had been on his way out the door when we showed up! Andre, the manager and the finance office were all very helpful, kind and friendly, even though we kept them there after hours. We'll definitely be back when it's time to buy another! More

I had originally wanted to see the difference between a Nissan 370Z and a Hyundai Genesis. I had been referred to Scott by a mutual friend from The Citadel as a guy who would have helped me before, during Nissan 370Z and a Hyundai Genesis. I had been referred to Scott by a mutual friend from The Citadel as a guy who would have helped me before, during and after a sale. After researching the 370Z coupes, I realized they were a bit too pricey to buy new, but I wanted one that was fully loaded and Scott got his used car director to assist in finding a 2009 coupe with nav and everything. About 3 months after I had bought the car, I got rear ended by another car and Scott recommended a body shop that Hudson uses and made sure that my Z got set up back to new. I recommend Scott to everyone I know if they are looking for a car, even if it is a nice drive from Sumter to Charleston. More
