After the purchase of a used 2019 Armada SV on Christmas Eve, I discovered some discrepancies and had concerns with how the paperwork compared to the vehicle’s advertisement at the “sister” location when I Eve, I discovered some discrepancies and had concerns with how the paperwork compared to the vehicle’s advertisement at the “sister” location when I had chance to review the next evening. I went back the day after Christmas at 9am and requested to speak to the GSM or GM. I was able to meet with both of them and I shared my questions and concerns. After a very pleasant and productive conversation, it was suggested that I return the vehicle and we start from scratch. I agreed and I restated my parameters and requirements from both the vehicle and financial standpoint. I was able to keep the 2019 while GSM Tommy worked to find the perfect vehicle for me. During the course of that day and into the next, he was very communicative and offered a number of different options. Before 1pm on the 27th (the next day) he indicated he had 3 Armadas for me to look at (2017 Platinum, 2019 SL and 2018 SV) and we scheduled a meeting for later that afternoon. As soon as I saw the Platinum I knew that was the vehicle for me. That is the one I chose and I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle. Sales: Chris Gordon was patient through all my questions and the purchase, return and purchase. He is very knowledgeable of all features on all 3 vehicles. Finance: Johnnilee was wonderful! Truly has her customer’s best financial interest at heart and wants what works best for them. Able to explain all warranty details. Very knowledgeable. GSM Tommy and GM Tom: I was honestly expecting push back and difficulty when I shared my concerns and asked some hard questions about the first vehicle sale. But they were very kind and I felt their sincerity in wanting to make things right and get me into the perfect vehicle. It spoke a lot to me that they were willing to take time to meet with a customer, knowing that my first experience must have been questionable. More

I was comparing a Nissan Frontier vs a Toyota Tacoma. I would recommend Mike Garris to everyone. I was very frustrated with the Hudson Nissan Finance Department. I was quoted a rate of 3.4% on Wednesday night and was told on Thursday morning that the rate I was given (in a signed document) was wrong and the rate was 4.25%. I was also told Hudson could handle all of the financing but I had to go to South Carolina Federal at the last moment to get the loan. I put a large down payment against the purchase. I am very disappointed with the finance team. I was not offered any courtesy for the last minute inconvenience I was put through - not a oil change or car wash or other. Sales gets an "A". Finance gets an "F". More
