Wonderful experience! Thanks Mike! From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had! I contacted Hudson via their SMS service (so helpful!) and asked From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had! I contacted Hudson via their SMS service (so helpful!) and asked to come test drive a car that we had been ogling. The next morning I received a text response back from Mike, and was able to set a time later that morning to go have a look see. Before we arrived, he had already sent us a phone video to introduce himself and show us a quick in and out of the car. Once there, I felt very comfortable with Mike and not once felt pressured into anything. He made sure all of our questions were answered fully and has worked to set up an appointment to repair the few small things that needed fixing on the car. All in all, I feel we got a quality used vehicle for a great price and super manageable payments! I will send everyone I know to Hudson Nissan first! More

Service I only buy Nissan vehicles. I only buy them from Hudson Nissan because the sales person is wonderful (Mikey) and because Tim Brock the Service Advisor I only buy Nissan vehicles. I only buy them from Hudson Nissan because the sales person is wonderful (Mikey) and because Tim Brock the Service Advisor is stellar. There is no point in buying a good car and then having poor service. Hudson's is outstanding. They care; don't keep you waiting; are scrupulously honest and keep you and your vehicles on track for maximum performance. I would like to suggest improvments but I can't think of any! More

So I purchased a Titan (Conor Stickney) in January. For both vehicles the salesmen found and purchased the vehicles we were looking for and retrieved them one was a two day drive away. Excellent customer service!! I will be Hudson for years to come. More

Service problems When I bought my Nissan armada, I received amazing service from the sales department. I thought the service department would be ok too. That is were t When I bought my Nissan armada, I received amazing service from the sales department. I thought the service department would be ok too. That is were the problem started. The service writers that meet are very nice and willing to help, but other than that I am very irritated with the service department. I had to get the passenger front window fixed within a month of receiving the car, not an issue, but it is doing the exact same thing now. During the 2nd oil change I was told I needed a service that should have been done prior to receiving the car and told the I need parts that were not even checked. I do not appreciate feeling like I was lied to. Then after doing the survey I got contacted by several people trying to make it right again. Except now that I am trying to come back and get the stuff fixed, I can't get people to call me back. This includes the service manager. I am very irritated that I have had to try for now 5 days to get an appointment. I understand people get busy, and that issues arise but this is just getting ridiculous. I just want my car fixed. More
