The price on the car was a little more than my husband and I could afford, so I felt like it was over. But, later on that evening Ron called me back and asked what it would take for me to get the vehicle I wanted. I gave him the total price we could do and he said YES. We went to Charleston the next day and Ron and Josh made it the best car buying experience my husband and I have EVER HAD!!!!!!!! Ron as the salesman and Josh in finance are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! Originally, after inquiring online about a vehicle that I was interested in, the response email was blank and it took 2 days to get it corrected afte Originally, after inquiring online about a vehicle that I was interested in, the response email was blank and it took 2 days to get it corrected after I responded that the email showed no link. Once that was cleared up, I received a video email from our sales rep, Mikey. That was pretty nice, to be able to view it from my phone! Almost like being there in front of it, and I thought it was a great touch. They were able to work with me on the price, which was also appreciated. Mikey was thoughtful, insightful, and polite throughout the entire experience.
