So I purchased a Titan (Conor Stickney) in January. For both vehicles the salesmen found and purchased the vehicles we were looking for and retrieved them one was a two day drive away. Excellent customer service!! I will be Hudson for years to come. More

Service problems When I bought my Nissan armada, I received amazing service from the sales department. I thought the service department would be ok too. That is were t When I bought my Nissan armada, I received amazing service from the sales department. I thought the service department would be ok too. That is were the problem started. The service writers that meet are very nice and willing to help, but other than that I am very irritated with the service department. I had to get the passenger front window fixed within a month of receiving the car, not an issue, but it is doing the exact same thing now. During the 2nd oil change I was told I needed a service that should have been done prior to receiving the car and told the I need parts that were not even checked. I do not appreciate feeling like I was lied to. Then after doing the survey I got contacted by several people trying to make it right again. Except now that I am trying to come back and get the stuff fixed, I can't get people to call me back. This includes the service manager. I am very irritated that I have had to try for now 5 days to get an appointment. I understand people get busy, and that issues arise but this is just getting ridiculous. I just want my car fixed. More

The price on the c From the moment I showed interest in a certain used vehicle, it only took minutes before I was contacted by Ron Hannon, a salesman. The price on the car was a little more than my husband and I could afford, so I felt like it was over. But, later on that evening Ron called me back and asked what it would take for me to get the vehicle I wanted. I gave him the total price we could do and he said YES. We went to Charleston the next day and Ron and Josh made it the best car buying experience my husband and I have EVER HAD!!!!!!!! Ron as the salesman and Josh in finance are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! More
