ANYWHERE ELSE***** I have been avoiding doing this for a couple of years, but I can no longer be silent about my experiences with this dealership. I bought my Sentra new from this dealership in 2022. My experience with this car and their service dept have been nothing short of a nightmare. First issue I had with car/service dept: Some sensor in my rear view mirror had to be replaced. I noticed afterward that the option to show the speed limit sign on my dash was not working. Took multiple trips to the dealership for them to find out they hadn't reattached everything properly when they changed my sensor. Not a huge deal, whatever. It takes 1.5-2 hrs to get an oil change, even with a scheduled appt. That's just not okay with me. But then you have to worry that during said oil change, they're going to get confused or distracted and forget to drain your old oil before putting the new oil in it. So, by the time you get home you'll be pouring black smoke from your exhaust. Yep, that actually happened to me here. I've had this car for 3 years. I just picked it up from their shop a few days ago, it was having it's FOURTH SET of new axles put on. You read that right. Here are the explanations I've received... "to be honest, the parts they send us are just xxxx" and "it's gotta be the way you drive, or the roads you're driving on". My car has 149 hp. Not 800. Not enough for acceleration to break axles. I'm not making turns at 150mph. I believe they're being installed improperly. **WORST ONE*** Took my car in for tie-rod replacement under recall. When they were finished, it was making new front end noises. I took it back in, they said "your steering rack is broken and needs to be replaced, and that damage is in no way related to the tie-rod" repair. Took the car home, was absolutely overwhelmed with this information. My boyfriend popped the hood, looked down, and almost immediately found where they had obviously busted the boot off of my steering column and ZIP-TIED IT BACK ON! (see photo). So, they broke my car AND tried to cover it up. I believe it was after this that my car was still making front end noise (there's been so much I just can't remember timeline for sure, should have kept a journal) Pretty sure I told them it was probably the axles again. I was told they use "chassis ears" to help diagnose, which lead them to replacing a motor mount, a strut, and I think finally a new set of axles. And I'll also mention that they've had to replace that strut again since then. Which seems like another installation error to me. But today really pushed me over the edge, after everything I've been through there. My bf says "what did you hit?". I responded genuinely shocked, "what are you talking about?". Front left rim and tire DEFINITELY hit something, bad enough that I probably need to replace the tire ASAP. I've had my car back from the dealership for four days, so I can't prove they did it. But I can tell you I did not and I would have known if I did. I'm an honest person, way too honest actually. I'm the one who was returning something at PetSmart recently, expecting to get about $80 back for an item I bought on sale. Instead of using my receipt, they did a "no-receipt" return and tried to give me over $200 back. I stopped them and had them correct it to $80, because that's all I was owed. That was the right thing to do, and my conscience will never let me overlook things like that. It gets me in trouble in my personal life too, but it's who I am. My point is, I would never try to blame someone for something I knew I did. I just couldn't even if I wanted to, which I don't. This isn't even everything, this is just all of the bigger things I can remember at the moment. My service history there would be unbelievable even if you saw it. They don't have a clue what they are doing. More

We are from OOT, and scheduled an oil chg and tire rotation for our college student grandson. At the appt, we were told they " couldn't get to it for about 4 hrs" as they didn't schedule enough mechan rotation for our college student grandson. At the appt, we were told they " couldn't get to it for about 4 hrs" as they didn't schedule enough mechanics ( this was black Friday and we were in town for Thanksgiving). My husband said, " but we made an appt with the call center". The manager's reply was " they don't know what they're doing". So we had to leave bc our grandson had to go to work. This is poor customer service and very frustrating. Better coordination needs to happen between the call center and the dealership or they need to do their own scheduling. We will just go elsewhere.
