After completing the services I came there for, I notice my rearview mirror had been broken and sat back in place. I brought it to my advisors attention & he called the manager to take a look. They said the my rearview mirror had been broken and sat back in place. I brought it to my advisors attention & he called the manager to take a look. They said they would order the part to fix it. I got a call a couple days later that the part was in & they set an appointment for me to come in. Dropped my vehicle off that day, they called said it was ready a few hrs later. Got there to pick up my car after they called and said that it was ready and the mirror was not attached, nothing was done. Found out there was another “part” that did not come in. I had to follow back up the following week to see if the part came in and book another appointment. The mirror was fixed that day. Here it is the next week, as im driving down the road all the oil in my car starts pouring out like water. My car is smoking & I had to pull over immediately. I’m assuming the cap or plug, whatever it is that stops the oil from coming out clearly wasn’t put back on correctly. So I will be getting my car towed to the dealership today for this situation to be rectify. This will be my forth trip to the dealership in the past 4 weeks!! I am not satisfied!! More

Usually the service is bad at this dealership. Hudson Nissan of North Charleston is my go to, but my Friday visit was definitely different. Customer service was A1 and I was in and out. Always great customer service from the time I pull my vehicle in to the stall until I leave.
