Disappointed to say the least in how my 76 mother is being treated regarding her May 2024 purchase of a 2021 Nissan Rogue with a leaking windshield issue that started on day 11 after purchase. Mom broug being treated regarding her May 2024 purchase of a 2021 Nissan Rogue with a leaking windshield issue that started on day 11 after purchase. Mom brought it in to address and after a long STORY is was supposedly addressed/fixed and couple months later it still leaking badly in floor board. Dealership refuses to do the right thing after making all the money they made off my mom in financing of the vehicle and the prior 3 year lease on the vehicle. Ridiculous and they should be ashamed over a 1000.00! They have not heard the last of me! More

I went to the service department for the first time recently and was able to schedule with them quickly. They were very friendly, efficient and thorough. The service technician was thoughtful in explaining my service plan and setting my car to notify me of my upcoming service needs to meet the warranty requirements.
