You all made an appt for me to come get my drain line on my sun roof fixed. When I got there I was told that it would be 3 or 4 more days before you could get to it and that I should go to the Ford dealers my sun roof fixed. When I got there I was told that it would be 3 or 4 more days before you could get to it and that I should go to the Ford dealership. I bought my car there, have been there for service ( which I have had troubles before), I get calls to come and get my vehicle serviced there and then I get there and get told to go somewhere else. If it wasn’t appropriate for me to come there then I should have been told when the appt was set up, not after I drove 45 minutes from Johns Island. I will never darken the doorstep again and I will never send anyone there either. More
