Awesome service and friendly employees I've always had awesome customer service every time I've brought my car in for service. I'm treated respectfully and not as some woman who has no clue I've always had awesome customer service every time I've brought my car in for service. I'm treated respectfully and not as some woman who has no clue about cars(like other places do). They are always willing to explain the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. They don't try to push unnecessary services on you either. I would recommend this dealership and service dept to anyone! More
Two Year Maintenance Schedule It was very hectic that day. They were short several service reps, but Tim somehow managed to shut out everything and just concentrate on me. service On Wednesday 07/29/2015 at approx. 943AM, I called Hudson Nissan and request to talk to a service advisor because my car ignition switch was broken an On Wednesday 07/29/2015 at approx. 943AM, I called Hudson Nissan and request to talk to a service advisor because my car ignition switch was broken and I could not start my car which was parked at the Sphinx gas station about 1/4 mile south of Hudson Nissan. The Hudson Nissan Rep gave me the phone number of a tow company and request that I have my car towed to Hudson Nissan, I requested to speak with a service advisor to get some idea of the cost of replacing an ignition switch, the Hudson Rep took my phone number and told me that a service advisor would give me a call, as of 08/01/2015, I have not received a call form a Hudson Nissan service advisor. I had another maintenance shop towed and replace my ignition switch within 2 days. I was expecting better service from Hudson Nissan since they had very recently within the last 2 weeks performed maintenance on my car, but it seems they are no different than most dealership maintenance shops high cost, poor customer service. Hudson Nissan will be my last option when considering future maintenance on my car. More
