No knowledge or expertise. Took my 2009 a Murano in for a loud noise. Researched it online and I told them what I thought it was. Got it back 2 days later, they said it needed a Took my 2009 a Murano in for a loud noise. Researched it online and I told them what I thought it was. Got it back 2 days later, they said it needed a transmission flush. Did it for $300. Noise didn't go away. Brought it back. My appt was for 8 am. Didn't hear anything from anyone, even after numerous calls, until 4:15 pm. I was told that it was worked on by a technician with 16 yrs experience. Couldn't figure out what the noise was. Finally it was a cv boot. Ok. Picked up my Murano, brought it to another repair shop to get a second opinion. I get a call immediately and they tell me it's the cv boot, but also the wheel bearing. And that the wheel bearing is something "I noticed immediately ". Customer service is great, but it's great because no one knows what they're doing. More

company car repair I was extremely impressed by the service department. My personal rep was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to ask me about me an I was extremely impressed by the service department. My personal rep was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to ask me about me and not just questions about my car. My biggest surprise came at the end of the service when he personally accompanied back to my car and it had been washed. It looked brand new, like it just came off the factory floor! I highly recommend this dealership.My only suggestion for improvement is to provide business cards from the service department since I'm not sure of the name for my personal rep. I thought I remembered him as Jim or Tim but my service slips show a different name entirely. I want credit to go to the correct person for this review. More

Great Experience at Hudson Wonderful experience at Hudson Nissan! I purchased my first rogue back in 2010. I was very impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle, a Wonderful experience at Hudson Nissan! I purchased my first rogue back in 2010. I was very impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle, and even more impressed with the function and capability of the rogue. I liked it so much I even traded into a newer rogue 2 years later! I now own the 2012 Nissan Rogue SV edition and I LOVE it! My sister also purchased a rogue after I did because she loved mine so much. I live in Goose Creek and Hudson Nissan is a convenient location to get my car serviced and for purchasing vehicles. Highly recommend! More
