Jordan provided excellent service from the moment I drove into the service department. He was very professional and courteous, arranging for a shuttle back to my house and keeping me updated while waiting on into the service department. Jordan also answered all questions I had regarding the recommendations given for additional service needs. I look forward to coming back for future service needs for my vehicle! A little over a week later, we returned to trade out my Murano for one that had recently been traded in and was still being processed. We worked with Nick on this process remotely and then in person and it was a very smooth transaction over the course of 48 hours! He sent us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision prior to moving forward and quickly answered any additional questions. We are very satisfied with the overall service we received in March with both experiences at Hudson Nissan in Summerville! More

I thought they would stand by their promises, but didn't. I was told we would get 3 free oil changes, but when I called to set appointment they told me we don't have that. The salesman had sent me a email wt I was told we would get 3 free oil changes, but when I called to set appointment they told me we don't have that. I was not pleased at all. I brought my car in for an oil change and I left with no oil in my car. The car was bone dry and knocking on my way home. Upon arriving at home, my g I brought my car in for an oil change and I left with no oil in my car. The car was bone dry and knocking on my way home. Upon arriving at home, my grandson checked the oil stick. there was no oil in the car. I had to have my car towed back to Nissan the very next morning. This is unacceptable for a dealership. The technician forgot to put oil in the car. I’d like to hear back from someone. You have been asking me for days to fill out this survey now let’s see if you contact me. More
If you must know… the truck that was sold to us is terrible. It continually breaks and has been in for service for almost 3 months out of the 5 months we have owned it.
