We had an appointment to pick up our new car. We took a test drive and then we waited. Our salesman was trying to sell a car to another customer. We wanted our phones paired to the car and our salesman sent someone else to help us. He was unable to pair the phones after a considerable wait. Our salesman then spent a considerable amount of time trying to pair the phones and announced he was successful, but he was not. The business manager was adequate, but then we paid cash for the car so there was no financing involved. The salesman did not explain any of the features of our new car and he did not explain how to utilize the controls. He gave us the keys and waved goodbye. Our experience with Huebner was not satisfactory. More
