I had a very specific combination of color and accessories package that I was looking for and they were able to hold one for me that was scheduled for the next delivery. We discussed my trade-in and financing over the phone and via email so that once my Crosstrek was delivered and passed the pre-sale inspection all I had to do was schedule a time to pick it up. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted happily by every employee I encountered and was able to pretty much sail through the paperwork process since I was a previous Subaru owner, this car being my 3rd since 2010, and because we'd already taken care of most of the details.
