Because of the difference in weather (Florida to Ohio) I decided I wanted a Subaru. Worked the internet & decided to go to Huebner . Enter John Leahy. I have never had such a great experience buying a car. I ask a lot of questions but after John told me about the Subaru I couldn't think of any questions. He knows the Subaru inside & out. He never look at a book or had to check his stats. He spoke like he was talking about a close friend. He was very kind, patient, efficient, and had a great sense of which I loved The test drive was phenomenal. He actually showed me how to drive a Subaru which I fell in love with. Enter Adam Ketchum the business manager. Just as kind, efficient, and knowledgeable as John. Overhearing the chatter in the show room it was quite evident that the whole attitude of the dealership was kind, caring, and friendly. John is the BEST!!! When I went to pick up my car ( which was available 2 days early) John had taken care of everything. My insurance, my starlink, my first service appointment, then synced my phone, introduced me to Cindy in the service department, and went over all the features again. I can't say enough about how confident John made me feel about my purchase. I just might have to think about trading this in just so I can have such a great experience again. I have purchased many cars in my day but this was the absolute best!!! More
