Fantastic experience! Will be back! Went down to Huebner to test drive 2 Subaru Legacys. Arrived at the dealership in the evening and was greeted promptly by a sales person who asked if I was Hayley. The sales person told me Shane had a last minute emergency but told another salesman I would be down. Right away I felt great about my decision to come down- they had everything ready for me even though Shane had to leave. Coincidentally, a different Shane, Shane Laizure, came out to help me. My husband I test drove the 2 we were looking at. We weren't planning on buying that night but the experience was so great we thought we would sit down and run numbers. I won't lie- their pricing is extremely fair. Shane asked me what I needed to get out of my trade. 20 minutes later they came back with a very fair trade in value. We worked out a few other minor details and before I knew it I was writing a check for a deposit on my new legacy. I picked up the car a few days later- totally detailed and looking great! Paperwork was a breeze and they got me a fantastic interest rate. They changed my plates and helped me set up my Bluetooth before I drove away. They made the car buying process so enjoyable with absolutely no pressure. All the reviews are true- a fantastic dealership with fantastic employees. It was the little details throughout the process that made all the difference. From great communication between employees to helping me set up my Bluetooth made me realize they aren't just a transitional dealership- they actually care about their customers and they want you to walk away satisfied. Since my purchase, I have received thank you emails from both Shanes and a follow up call regarding my old loan payoff. I will tell everyone I know to go to Huebner. We will be back to shop for a truck for my husband in the near future. Can't say enough about them- an absolutely wonderful experience! Thank you, Shanes! And thank you Huebner! I've been in many times to talk with John Leahy to talk Subaru. He's always been very patient talking with me, even when I was not buying, and is clearly enthusiastic about the company. I love Subaru's commitment to the environment, animal welfare, and their customers so the more I learned the more I hoped for a Subaru some day. I guess timing is everything and I happened on our Forester on Autotrader the day it was listed. It is a 2015 model with under 4000 miles (so slightly used) and was a Huebner loaner. It is LOADED with all the cool stuff including Subaru Eyesight. It was a dream come true. John showed us all the bells and whistles, and then some, and I knew the car was ours halfway through the test drive. Thanks John for all your help. More
