Would not buy from any other dealership or salesperson! .Was very happy that they had exactly what I wanted. The whole team at Huebner's made everything go so smooth and worked very hard to do that. This is the third car we have purchased in the last seven years from John Leahy at Huebner’s – new 2009 & 2015 Outbacks and a used car for our daughter. John is very knowledgeable of the car he is selling, and truly cares about his customers – no high pressure sales tactics here. Dealership is built upon maintaining long term relationships not one time sales. Truecar.com pricing takes all the fun (or pain, depending on your viewpoint) out of negotiating a deal. A dealership in a small out of the way town would never survive in today’s internet world if they didn’t offer both the best pricing and service – they are worth the drive. Nothing but positive experiences with the Service department over the past seven years with her first Outback. The reliability of Subaru means we won’t be back for a new car for a few years but when the time comes to replace the 2015 Outback it won’t take long to decide to head back to Carrollton and Huebner. excellent customer service Would take the drive to Heubner any day to purchase a vehicle!! Staff is great and prices cannot be beat!! Even stayed after hours to find my vehicle! Outstanding Customer Service and Prices I drove from Rochester, NY to trade in my truck for a used vehicle that Huebner recently obtained. Being 5+ hours away and committed, I fully anticipa I drove from Rochester, NY to trade in my truck for a used vehicle that Huebner recently obtained. Being 5+ hours away and committed, I fully anticipated to be taken advantage of for the offer I was promised earlier in the week for my trade-in. I was immediately and respectfully greeted upon entering the dealership. This might seem like normal dealership procedure, but there was a way about it that had a unique way of putting me at ease. They stuck to their word and did not pressure me on anything upon closing. "Great Customer Service" I searched online for a long time for the perfect vehicle that I wanted that was in my mileage and price range. Once I found the vehicle that met my standards I sent an email and instantly Rob messaged me back. It was from that moment that I knew I was in the right hands. I walked onto the showroom and pointed at the car I wanted and they began working on it from there. My experience was awesome and super friendly! I drive over 60 miles one way because it is worth it. A little over 5 years ago, I needed to replace my third Subaru. I had purchased 6 cars from a dealership, 20 minutes from my home, over a period of 3 A little over 5 years ago, I needed to replace my third Subaru. I had purchased 6 cars from a dealership, 20 minutes from my home, over a period of 30 years. Unfortunately the dealership changed ownership and the atmosphere and treatment of the customers also changed, and not for the better. So I began a search for a new Subaru and a new dealership, using the web and personal visits. Long story, short, Huebner Subaru won out. I've been a customer for over 5 years. Huebner is a family business and it shows. There is an atmosphere of kindness and concern over meeting the needs of the customer. The sales staff answers questions and solves problems. There is no rush or pressure to move the customer through the selling process. It may be a cliche, but yes, you do feel like part of the family. I now drive over 60 miles, one way, and look forward to the visit. The service department clean, modern and organized. The service staff is conscious of the value of the customer's time and the work is done quickly and efficiently. Huebner meets my needs and will keep my Subaru in top shape. Plus, have you ever been in a service waiting area with a fireplace! What's not to Love! More
