Awesome, FUN, Persistent and Effective Outcome! Keith and staff determined that my engine light and wacky gauges required an electrical diagnostic. The diagnostic determined that it was necessary to replace a worn wire (my Silverado is 8-years old) and - believe it or not - bleed an air bubble from somewhere beyond my mechanical understanding. NO CHARGE for parts and only an hour or so of Labor . . . PROBLEM SOLVED - as always. I was able to pass state inspection and get my new state inspection sticker the same day - with only 5 days remaining on my existing inspection sticker. It was a wonderful experience, however, cannot compare with the 5-minutes I got to spend with Melva - Cashier Extraordinaire. What a hoot. Never had so much FUN paying for services. I'll probably purchase a new Silverado from Huffines within the year. More

Mention below a quick narrative of my experience: • I started my first interaction @Huffiness with John Man from sales team and he made multiple mistakes – incorrect/incomplete/inappropriate information and later the manager conveyed that he is new hence making incorrect promises. • Post involvement of James (Manager) it started to move in the right direction and he was extremely helpful. He also aligned another Jon (can’t recall the last name) however he was probably the best individual I met in Huffiness • During the above mention journey I had to go through multiple awkwardness eg: getting the new dent/scratch fix, obtain the missing Matt…etc however James was helpful for support and compensation hence appreciate his support and effort More
