My experience at this locations service department was very stressful. I brought my car in 3 different times. The car never was fixed, they never knew what was wrong, but we’re comfortable with charging m very stressful. I brought my car in 3 different times. Gary, the service provider, did not ever call us back regardless of how many times we called him and asked for a cal back with updates. The manager does not seem to hold the service providers accountable. We talked to 3 different people at the service department and they still give us empty promises, no updates. And we are stuck with a car, which keeps braking down in the middle of the highway. I am so very disappointed. They lack good faith and professionalism. More
Took in for an oil change and they didn't change the oil filter. I had a smell of burning oil coming through the vents that happens periodically, left the truck with them for a week and they couldn't find filter. A separate mechanic found the unchanged oil filter which was in bad shape . Don't waste your time or money here . More

I have been driving for over 59 years and have owned many cars over the decades. This service department is incompetent and totally unresponsive. We bought a 2021 Genesis G90 through Daniel of the sales de cars over the decades. This service department is incompetent and totally unresponsive. We bought a 2021 Genesis G90 through Daniel of the sales department who was superb.. But as for the service department, the treatment could hardly be worse. Yes, they can do an oil change and rotate your tires. No problem. But they don't have a clue about more involved service for a luxury car. I had problems with the GPS properly tracking the car on 3 trips using its on-board mapping . I contacted Genesis USA and they set up an appointment with this service department. The service department decided that I needed a software update. I was told they were ordering the update and it would be ready to install it in a week. Yet, I searched on-line and found that I already had the most current update. After 4 phone calls to discuss this, I could only leave a message with "Gary", I finally left a message for the service department manager. NOTHING. No response from anyone. I then contacted the Daniel, the salesman and he used his influence with his sales manager and in-turn, the service manager. Surprise! I had a return call before the end of the day. I was told the update was in and I should bring it in the next day. I did so. After 2 hours, I was told by Gary, that I already had the most current software but an update was still showing as "on order". I was miffed. Why didn't they determine that I already had the most current update when I first brought in the car? What else could be causing the problem? What else could they do? I called the service department and Renee answered. I complained that I had wasted 5 phone calls and 2 hours and the problem wasn't adequately addressed.. She was very apologetic and concerned. She promised to have someone get back to me ASAP to discuss the situation. Again NOTHING! I again called my sales guy. He promised to pass on my concerns to his manager and the service manager. Again, NOTHING! So, after paying over $80,000 for a car, I received responses and service as though I was a leper or a vagrant or some sort of miscreant. This is not how to build a brand or reinforce what was once a positive reputation with me. I will no longer even think about using this service department. All I needed was someone to call me and address my concerns and complaint. I didn't expect anything else. Not even money. I just wanted them to show me that they cared and would explore other possible solutions. Clearly, they did not care! And the problem has not been solved or addressed to any reasonable extent. More
