I bought this car (2014 ford explorer sport) and have had nothing put problems from day one. Shame on me for not looking it over better. The touch screen didn’t work, however I didn’t even know it was a tou nothing put problems from day one. Shame on me for not looking it over better. The touch screen didn’t work, however I didn’t even know it was a touch screen until I realized I couldn’t do necessary things without it. So they put in a different/used touchscreen. It worked however I couldn’t control the bass on the radio. It’s way too high for my liking. He promised me another one, every time I called he said it was on its way or would be here at the end of the week. This went on for months. After a while I just gave up. I realized he was just stringing me along. The salesman was great. The kid in charge of service not so much. The car in general is the worst car I’ve ever bought. More
I was having a difficult time trying to find an SUV I wanted, and I felt rushed at all the other places I went to, (or didn’t feel like I was being taken seriously). Last minute on a Sunday so frustrated wanted, and I felt rushed at all the other places I went to, (or didn’t feel like I was being taken seriously). Last minute on a Sunday so frustrated, I called Huggard & Ewings, they were about to close but Jon told me to come down and he’ll stay open for me. As soon as I met him, he turned my day around. Such a sweet guy, listened to me, and answered all my questions. Very professional and didn’t at all rush me. Everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. Susan was fantastic as well who dealt with the paperwork aspect of everything. I would recommend this place to any of my friends/family 10/10 stars. Thank you Jon for everything, pure gentleman. More

Short and Simple version is that they are not honest and do not keep the customer in mind. They only care about themselves. Good luck if you want to try buying from them. Definitely don’t trust their word. do not keep the customer in mind. They only care about themselves. Good luck if you want to try buying from them. Definitely don’t trust their word. Read on for more details: Called on a car, they said to come down it’s here. Told them I’m getting an Uber from Plymouth now. Paid $120 (total in Ubers to come). Got there and was told the car just sold. The car may have sold within an hour of talking to them and the car being on the lot for 6 months. However, here is where they went wrong: * You shouldn’t have told someone to come for a specific car and then sell it to someone else within an hour. If you want ask for a deposit for a hold like normally done. * I was told the person came in right after our phone call, and that salesman are not allowed to call customers back to let them know the car may be sold as a warning. * The receptionist lied and said the customer was there awhile and test drove 6 cars before purchasing the one we were coming for. However, I was told by another employee that they came in and only test drove 1 (the one we were coming for). * They then tried to sell the same type of car we were looking at, that was 2 years older, with body damage, for 2k more! Yes a bit lower mileage but not at all worth 2k more when the car brand new was only 15k in 2019 (Mitsubishi mirage). We wanted the 2021 with no damage for $9990. * They refused to allow us to speak with the owner or manager to try and work things out and just said we could leave a message. * For going through all that the company should have tried to be fair and make it right, but they chose the wrong road. :( More
