I found a vehicle we were interested in on the website but due to schedule conflicts, my husband and I could only travel to the dealership (we live over an hour away) that same day after work. Our salesman, Angel got to work right away by sending us a personalized walk around video of the vehicle and got the sales process started electronically. The staff stayed late for us to arrive and make the deal and we were able to drive the vehicle home that same night. My salesman, Angel Martinez actually came back in after hours so that we could close the deal. The Sales Manager, Aaron Swarner and the Finance Manager, Franklin Zambrano both stayed late as well and were essential in closing this sale. I appreciate the extra time and effort that went into making this purchase happen and have already recommended the dealership to friends. I have family that lives in the area and I will be sure to recommend Huntersville Ford to them as well. More

Our Sales guys was great. We are from Ohio the truck is in North Carolina and he went and made us a video of the whole truck and some details features since we didn’t wanna drive just to see. Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had. I found a vehicle they had posted on auto trader, and within 15 minutes of emailing about it I had recieved a response from Eric. He sent me all kind I found a vehicle they had posted on auto trader, and within 15 minutes of emailing about it I had recieved a response from Eric. He sent me all kinds of information about it, including lots of pictures, and even a video he'd made for me demonstrating how to use all of its features. When i explained i lived 5 hours away, he assisted me in completing as much paperwork as possible via email, then arranged a time to meet the following weekend. Once I arrived, Eric and Brandon both assisted me in filling out the remaining paperwork and took me for a test drive, and gave me lots of information about how to use the phone app to assist you with lots of other hidden perks about the car. Once taken back to the finance office to finalize paperwork and discuss financing and payment options, I was never once hastled or made to feel forced or coerced into buying any extra options. When he asked if i wanted gap insurance, extended warranties, etc, I said "No." and we smiled and moved on. Much unlike any other dealership I've ever been to. I left feeling happy, care for, and confident about my new vehicle. I even recived follow up emails several days later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. A great group of guys all around. I highly recommend them. It was well worth the drive. More
