Keith Smith patiently without any pressure took us thru most of the on lot inventory to make sure we were sure of our purchase. Huntersville Ford had a beautiful GMC 1500 for sale. I really liked the truck. I dealt with Eric, who was very helpful. I told him where I needed the payments to be at and he worked hard for my goal. We f really liked the truck. I dealt with Eric, who was very helpful. I told him where I needed the payments to be at and he worked hard for my goal. We finally settled on the figures, but while signing the paperwork I realized my payments were for 75 months, not 72 months. I was not informed of this change, because I thought we were working with 72 months. If I had known this I would have made a larger down payment or renegotiated the price. Just not being informed, it was disappointing. Did I get a good "deal", maybe or maybe not. Still happy with the truck. More
