Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My Salesman, Sonny, was very willing to answer my questions and if he didn’t know the answer, he found out the answer for me. After purchasing my Edge, their Te Sonny, was very willing to answer my questions and if he didn’t know the answer, he found out the answer for me. After purchasing my Edge, their Technology Specialist, Daniel, sat with me in my vehicle and showed me how to work all of the features and helped me connect my phone to the vehicle with the FordPass app. A few days later, I received calls to see if I had any additional questions and to see if I needed any additional help with the electronic part, which I did not. I would definitely buy my next vehicle from Huntersville Ford. More

I was a little leary about buying from an out-of-state dealership but the team at Huntersville Ford made me feel right at home. My car was cleaned up and ready to go when I go there and the staff even st dealership but the team at Huntersville Ford made me feel right at home. My wife and I were in the market for a 2020/2021 vehicle because of all of the enhanced safety features that are now available. The Huntersville Ford dealership was patient with us and extremely supportive because of all of the enhanced safety features that are now available. The Huntersville Ford dealership was patient with us and extremely supportive in helping us choose the best vehicle to meet our needs. We chose a new 2020 AWD Ford Explorer. Although I had very good financing options through my credit union, the Finance Team assisted me with a loan at the same low interest rate. We are pleased with the purchase and the continued, after the purchase support, that we are receiving from Ahmed, our Sales Specialist, and Daniel Hicks, the Technology Support Specialist. We would rate the overall experience with the Huntersville Ford Team a 10!
