Great Service People, Everyone very helpful and friendly. Michael B was very helpful and was a pleasant salesperson to deal with. CM was a very personal and friendly. Zero stars.We purchased a used 2015 GMC Yukon and after driving it in the rain for the first time the head liner became soaked and was dripping on the center console. Informed Erik of the problem and retur driving it in the rain for the first time the head liner became soaked and was dripping on the center console. Informed Erik of the problem and returned the vehicle to the dealership to have the "Leak Doctor" fix it. Picked up the vehicle and was told the problem had been resolved. The next time driving in the rain the leak is now worse. The overhead console is soaked enough to still drip. The head liner over the passenger seat is now soaked and leaks on the passenger. The headliner and the c-pillar, on the passenger side also becomes wet. Was informed that the only option was to have the "Leak Doctor" work on it again. Since the vehicle is a GMC and not a Ford, Huntersville Ford will not perform the proper repair, which is the replacement of the "Sharkfin" antenna and cover. We were told that is GMC's problem. It is a shame to spend $35,000 on a vehicle the we cannot drive in the rain and will now have to spend approximately $800.00 to have this corrected. We will never bring our business back to Huntersville Ford, including the free car washes and oil changes that were included with the purchase. More

When I showed up the next day my new Ford Edge was ready and waiting for me.....the paperwork was a breeze I was on my way with Keith over the phone.
