Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Sales person jackie and the finance manager were fantastic. We worked out the whole deal over the phone, which meant a lot since I was coming from Jersey. Great People form Start to Finish I recently purchased a pre-owned 2016 Ford Escape from Huntersville Ford. My original internet choice was not available when I arrived at the dealersh I recently purchased a pre-owned 2016 Ford Escape from Huntersville Ford. My original internet choice was not available when I arrived at the dealership; however, my sales person, Carlos, was very apologetic and offered to show be another Escape that was on site. I was very pleased with the new selection that Carlos showed me and I subsequently purchased the vehicle.
