Great experience My husband and I have bought several vehicles throughout the years. This was an experience that earns five stars, especially in light of the pandemic My husband and I have bought several vehicles throughout the years. This was an experience that earns five stars, especially in light of the pandemic restrictions and social distancing! Bob and Jackie made the experience very stress free with their no pressure approach. I feel that they offered us the best deal possible with our trade and the financing options. The only part of this experience that was not perfect was when the finance person came out and tried to pressure us into purchasing GAP insurance. He spoke to us as if we were first time buyers. Before we left, Daniel came out to our vehicle with us and though maintaining proper social distancing, was able to help familiarize us with the vehicle’s options and how to use FordPass. This was such an added bonus to the car buying experience. We have received several follow up emails and a phone call to make sure we are still delighted with this purchase and to offer answers to any questions we have. I would highly recommend shopping Huntersville Ford to all my friends and family. This was a great experience. More
