I went to check out a new truck with no intention of signing anything at the time. However the quality of service I received not only during my test drive but also in negotiations made me believe that I signing anything at the time. Our salesman Kevin was very knowledgeable of all the cars we looked at. He was accommodating and easy going. Shane in the finance department was so easy to talk to and helpful as well. He went above and beyond to help us. Even the internet department was helpful. They called to set up appointments, followed up to see if they could help, and Leslie was so friendly. I could go on and on but I will leave it at we will be return customers if we are ever in the need for another vehicle. Lastly, we had visited another dealership (Not Ford) prior to coming here and they have nothing on Huntersville Ford. They were not accommodating, not friendly, and just could care less if they helped us!
