After the deal, I had some questions; Jackie and Keith were quick to address them and gave me a real sense that they truly care about their customers. I want to add that I tried on-line buying with a few dealerships closer to my home; I want to thank Brandon Ford in Florida for refusing to even discuss price of their vehicle or provide an offer on mine until I was present at their dealership, even after I explained the distance I was from their location. Brandon Ford drove me directly into the arms of the Huntersville Team and I thank them greatly for that. Awesome customer service! I live in Augusta GA and was looking for a specific F450. I called Mike and within minutes got the answers I was looking for.
