The staff is very nice and helpful and Andrew in finance was great. However this Ford dealer doesn't have a 72 hour return policy like some other Ford dealers in the area. After hours of dealing with several dealerships through emails and texts Angelica was able to give me a final price on a truck I was interested in. I was told the only possible change in price was the taxe emails and texts Angelica was able to give me a final price on a truck I was interested in. I was told the only possible change in price was the taxes and tags since I live out of state, which is understandable. My wife and I traveled 5 1/2 hours one way to the dealership. When we arrived I met Angelica, then Michael helped through the rest of the purchasing process. The purchase price was exactly what was negotiated. Michael went above and beyond our expectations knowing we had a long trip back. Daniel the service technician made sure that I understood how to operate the control panel and even helped me set up my phone to link to it. Overall an excellent experience. More
