This was my best experience by far! I started going to this dealership when I purchased a Ford Focus in 2012. The car had issues which was ignored by the service department at that time I started going to this dealership when I purchased a Ford Focus in 2012. The car had issues which was ignored by the service department at that time. I ended up getting a 2013 Ford Escape in 2014 after the Focus died on me. The way I was treated by the sales team and the service was team was a little better but not much. I like Fords, my family has owned Fords and I wanted to believe in Fords but this dealership had begun to leave much to be desired. On October 15, 2019 my Escape began to develop issues and i had to have it towed to the dealership. I was very skeptical about the service I would receive based on my previous experiences however, this time around I was pleasantly surprised. On October 17th I received a call that my car had been repaired however, upon driving it home, it broke down and I had to have towed BACK to the dealership. On October 18th I received a call from the sales department encouraging me to look into purchasing a new Escape. I really like my old Escape and new that it was really on its last leg so I decided to pay them a visit and see about the new Escape. Eric B was super nice!! He walked me through the whole process. Kept me apprised of the credit approval process. His attitude and willingness to work with me was a refreshing change from my previous experiences with this dealership. Shane in the finance department was amazing as well. This experience has renewed my faith in car salesmen and I look forward to having Huntersville Ford as my dealership on my new Escape. More
