Incredible Salesperson I have bought and or leased new vehicles from dealerships for the past 40 years. I have never dealt with a salesman like Kevin Baker. The first time I I have bought and or leased new vehicles from dealerships for the past 40 years. I have never dealt with a salesman like Kevin Baker. The first time I went into the Huntersville Ford dealership I informed him I had no intention of leasing but was interested in the Platinum Explorer and merely was interested in checking it out. Without hesitation he was more than willing to help me. He was patient(and I can be a challenge), kind, personable and unbelievably knowledgeable on everything about the vehicle. I went back a second time with my husband and again he spent so much time with us and again answered with an extraordinary knowledge of the vehicle. We left again but did ask him to call us if the model equipped with what I wanted came in. A few days later it did and he called me to come see it. Needless to say we did get the car. His professionalism, personality and knowledge is impeccable. Kevin Baker is a huge asset to your company. I would also like to commend Daniel Hicks for not only his knowledge but for his follow up by phone for any tech questions or issues. Unfortunately, I have not really had a chance to use and learn how to use the technology due to a vacation but am confident that Kevin and Daniel will be extremely helpful with teaching me how to use all these bells and whistles. Service Department I have had three bad experiences with the Service Department. I was told by one of the service technicians (Troy) that I needed a battery. I left Hun I have had three bad experiences with the Service Department. I was told by one of the service technicians (Troy) that I needed a battery. I left Huntersville Ford and immediately went to get a second opinion because the battery was only one year old. The battery was checked and it was determined that I DID NOT need a new battery. On a previous occasion, I went to the Service Department to get an oil change and filter. I was told that they topped off the fluids. However, I found out later that day that they did not. I went back and they did top of fluids, however, I had to return to get this done wasting my tiime. I will never go there again and recommend that you get second opinions before having service done there. More
