Service Department I have had three bad experiences with the Service Department. I was told by one of the service technicians (Troy) that I needed a battery. I left Huntersville Ford and immediately went to get a second opinion because the battery was only one year old. The battery was checked and it was determined that I DID NOT need a new battery. On a previous occasion, I went to the Service Department to get an oil change and filter. I was told that they topped off the fluids. However, I found out later that day that they did not. I went back and they did top of fluids, however, I had to return to get this done wasting my tiime. I will never go there again and recommend that you get second opinions before having service done there. More

Top tier dealership Drove 2 1/2 hours from Fort Bragg to purchase a new F150. I was approached by a brand new car salesman(forgot his name but I do know is from Florida) that was very polite and warm-welcoming and then had the pleasure to work with Tyler. I let them know exactly what vehicle I wanted and that I did not want to spend a lot of time at the dealer. Tyler attentively and professionally started the buying process with me and made it very smooth. If you're looking for small-town treatment with the drive to get you the deal you want of a big city dealer this is the spot. Even the General Manager Stacy came out and introduced himself and assured me he was going to work as hard as he could for me. This dealer all-around shows that the customer is their number one priority and achieving nothing less than pure satisfaction from them. Additionally, If you're military THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. Again, I would like to thank the new salesman, Tyler, and Stacy for giving me a great car buying experience at Huntersville Ford and I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from them in the future. I was not really looking for the vehicle I bought (I was planning to order a slightly higher end vehicle built with the options I wanted). That said; I knew the true value of the vehicle as well as the current incentives. I mentioned that I might be interested in a vehicle they had on the lot and the dealer responded with a quite reasonable price – no argumentative negotiation needed. Now, to be clear, the dealer made money off the sale (it is a business after all) but the price was fair and I did not have to argue to be treated fairly. More
