I like the way Quick Lane works, just drop by and it usually is quick. The service flyers I get in the mail keep me coming back due to the price and how Quick Lane works. Last week I ventured into the new car lot and ended up buying a car when there to get the oil change. You should really keep this up, service specials, generates foot traffic. If in for longer service I get a loner or have a porter pick me up at my house and or take me to it. Keep it up and I may by another in a few years. More

Excellent Experience!!!! I contacted Huntersville Ford on Friday July 5th to inquire about a 2019 Mustang GT. I was immediately contacted by Alycia from the business developme I contacted Huntersville Ford on Friday July 5th to inquire about a 2019 Mustang GT. I was immediately contacted by Alycia from the business development team. Alycia and I worked via email/txt to gather my details and set up the appointment for me to come in and see the car. Upon arrival Alycia met my wife and I with a big smile and handshake and immediately made us feel that this experience wasn't going to be the typical dreaded car deal. Alycia connected us with our sales rep Jacqueline Layne, Jacqueline was AMAZING!!! She made us feel at home, took us on a test drive ( of course I stalled LOL ) and was very knowledgable and took extreme care in making sure everything was perfect. After we agreed to the deal she passed us off to Ryan McDaniel the Finance Director. Ryan was awesome! He wasn't your typical pushy finance guy trying to slam you with a bunch of extra's! He was straight to the point and straight up with us the whole time! Have to mention Shane in finance too as he and Alycia worked to get my pre approval prior to my arrival! Once the deal was signed I was handed off to Daniel Hicks who went over all of the new tech the mustang has and made sure everything was to my liking down to the color scheme etc. All in we were there about 2 hours but it felt no time at all as this place took very good care of us from start to finish. Best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. The Mustang sounds and drives great! If you are in the market for a new Ford go see the team at Huntersville Ford! More
