Stay away I purchased a 2017 ford explorer from this dealer. I drove 3 hours away to this dealership. This dealer had this vehicle way over priced even when comparing other vehicles in the area. I had been in contact via phone and email with the sales manager. We agreed on a price via email and I made the 3 hour drive the next day. After getting there and talking numbers, I was given a completely different price than what had been agreed on via email. After numerous attempts of the sales man, Shelton going back and forth to the sales manager, the man who agreed on a price via email we finally came to an agreement and made the purchase. I was also told not worry about financing there and just to come down and do financing there. Surprise, financing did not work out the way I had planned either. All that and I should have known. I also purchased an extended warranty. I also asked about a known recall for carbon monoxide poisoning sensor and was told that it had been repaired there and was all taken care of. I purchased anyways and have absolutely loved the vehicle. 2 weeks later after really getting used to this new car and all the new tech, I found my drivers side intelligent lock access not to be working at all on drivers side but working on passenger side. After contacting Huntersville ford they advised me that I would be able to go to a local dealer and they could fix it under warranty. My local dealerships couldn't fit me in until last week. 1 week later they still have my vehicle for the repair and I am left to pay a $100 deductible from the warranty coverage on the lock that I should not be paying as this was already broken when the car was purchased. Surprise - they also had to repair the carbon monoxide poisoning sensor because it had not been repaired like I was told it had been. So I drove 3 hours home that day (not to mention the month total that I have had it) with a faulty CO2 sensor with children in the car. That is a safety concern! I spoke to multiple people at the dealership and none of them seem to care and just say that its my deductible to pay for. This dealership prides itself on how much it takes care of it customers on their website but in my experience that it complete xxxxxxxx. They had the chance to redeem themselves and make this right but they choose not to. I wish I had never purchased from this dealer and I would advise you to stay away from it. More
Had in inventory what I was looking for. I was looking for a used Ford Explorer. I live in Fort Mill SC. Fort Mill Ford had nothing I was interested in on the lot, same goes for Rock Hill For I was looking for a used Ford Explorer. I live in Fort Mill SC. Fort Mill Ford had nothing I was interested in on the lot, same goes for Rock Hill Ford. I went on cars.com and found the exact Explorer I was looking for at a very fair price at Hunterville Ford. The Sales transition was easy with no pressure at all from Kevin Baker my salesman. Also wanted to add the tech. Support for show all car options was outstanding. More

When in for and Oil Change came out with a New Truck When in for a oil change .. and then talked to Daniel about a new truck since my 2015 Ford F-150 had lots of miles on it.. So we looked at the new one When in for a oil change .. and then talked to Daniel about a new truck since my 2015 Ford F-150 had lots of miles on it.. So we looked at the new ones I picked out the one I wanted and we went to work on the deal.. very easy to work with Daniel. We closed the deal and I drove off a happy customer once again. This was our families 6th car from Huntersville Ford. Thank you guys. More

But Jackson and Daniel were so easy to work with, and got me out the door in a brand new 2019 Escape for a lower monthly payment. I am 100% happy with my experience. More
