Ms. Casey, We very much appreciate your purchase with us. We are sorry to hear that the purchase process didn't go as planned, but sounds like you were able to get everything worked out and purchase the vehicle. As far as the Carbon monoxide recall, we did look into your concern further. We did preform that particular repair prior to you purchasing the vehicle, we did have an issue submitting the information to Ford notifying them we did the repair on the vehicle. We wouldn't have allowed you to take the vehicle with you if the repair had not been performed. The vehicle you purchased from us has been through our 172 point Ford Certified Preowned Warranty Inspection. Ford requires us to recondition the vehicle back to their very strict Standards. Ford would not allow us to Certify the vehicle you purchased with an issue on the intelligent access. You also mentioned that the issue didn't start happening for another two weeks after purchasing the vehicle. We unfortunately cannot predict future failures on parts, and shouldn't be held responsible for components failing after purchase. That is why the vehicle comes with a warranty.
