Very helpful and so quick! Alex was very awesome. I knew exactly what I wanted when I found it online. I called him and he set everything up over the phone. He faxed my bill of Alex was very awesome. I knew exactly what I wanted when I found it online. I called him and he set everything up over the phone. He faxed my bill of sell to the bank and answered all my questions. We live two hours away from the dealership and yet the whole process was so smooth and quick. I spent about 40 minutes total at the dealership because Alex already had every little thing lined up. The warranty that I had on the car it expired last month so now I have to pay out-of-pocket to get my window fixed or any other electrical done.If I could trade this car in and get the same payment on a new car I would tired it in. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because of the way I have been done. I am a Ford person every car I have had has been a Ford I bought my thrid car from y'all and this is my four car from dealership. More
