I had an appalling experience with salesperson Aymen Abdulateef at Hyundai Huntington Beach, though Finance Manager Erik Mora stepped in and completely turned the situation around. From the start, I Abdulateef at Hyundai Huntington Beach, though Finance Manager Erik Mora stepped in and completely turned the situation around. From the start, I explicitly told Aymen I had no interest in dealer add-ons. Despite this, he attempted to pack over $10,000 worth of forced add-ons into the price he quoted me. When I asked him to explain mathematically how he calculated the monthly payment, he refused to break down the numbers and condescendingly told me he knew because "he said so." When I asked to speak with Finance Manager Erik Mora, Aymen repeatedly lied, claiming no one by that name worked there, and even called me "crazy" for asking—a lie that fell apart seconds later when Erik himself walked up to see what was happening. Once Erik took over, the experience changed completely. Erik was professional, transparent, and genuinely looked out for my best interests. He went out of his way to call the bank directly, secured a much better financing structure, and managed to lower my monthly payment by $50 while removing the unnecessary extras. Aymen showed a complete lack of integrity, transparency, and basic courtesy—avoid working with him at all costs. However, if you do end up at this location, demand to work with Erik Mora in Finance. He is a true professional who actually respects his customers and gets results. More

Purchased a 2021 Tesla model S from Luis on 11/24/25 who did great no xx and very friendly however we live in Utah so we got a 1 time use transport tag and in order to register it I need a copy of the new t did great no xx and very friendly however we live in Utah so we got a 1 time use transport tag and in order to register it I need a copy of the new title and after hours and hours on the phone with my DMV, 3 calls to their DMV, 14 calls to Driveway financial Corp 2 calls to Lithia corporate and 14 to the dealer I still dont have a copy of the title because they are just getting around to submitting the paperwork 🤬 its been over 3 weeks of me not being able to drive my car and now as im writing this we're at 6 weeks and the dealer says it might be 2 more weeks, you can only get ahold of the sales staff at the dealer because theres only 1 thing they care about ive veen told someone would call me back 7 times and 1 time someone did they wont let me talk to the GM and the GSM wont call me back or speak to me and this left us with such a bad taste in our mouths as we planned on returning to get the wife a newer Model X because we thought the process went so great but unfortunately whoever handles their registration and title paperwork should be out of work. I made an appointment with this dealership about a certain vehicle I’ve been looking for, it had all the features I was looking for. it was a used F250 XLT, which advertise pretty much a premium pack certain vehicle I’ve been looking for, it had all the features I was looking for. it was a used F250 XLT, which advertise pretty much a premium package with it. after driving the truck around a very small block all right turns,Now I made the appointment with or for the truck in the ad?, after telling them how important it was for me to have Blindspot monitoring because I’m getting older, I pull a trailer and it helps with insurance, at no time Did they say this truck didn’t have that feature, well I bought the truck they delivered it to my house a couple days later, realizing it didn’t have some of the features that the advertisement said I drove back down to the dealership the next day. I told them I think you brought me the wrong truck? they said no this is the one you test drove. This is the one you bought and I said well it doesn’t have the features that you said it did in the advertisement? I asked them if they would pull up the advertisement, well they wouldn’t and I couldn’t either because they took it off-line. I could’ve bought this truck in my town for $6000 less and 10,000 miles less why would I drive 2 1/2 hours down to your dealership? I even text them the day before asking if this feature was on the truck. I again looked at the ad and it said it had along with several other features that I found out we’re not on the truck? Do not go to this dealership they lie on their ads and they’re unethical. All they care about is the sell! I asked them to help make it right, take some money off or add a couple features that were on the ad. well that didn’t go very far, they did nothing for me! I don’t understand how this isn’t fraud or some kind of misrepresentation, false advertisement? I know I should’ve checked, especially for that feature. I guess they made you feel so comfortable that everything was going OK ?certainly my bad. More

I never really write bad reviews unless there was something super egregious and maliciously done on purpose, not accidental. Tried to come in to take advantage of expiring EV tax rebate and ask for price out the door. Was quoted a number which involved lease to buy. I know dealerships can be shady so I tried to do my homework and research what i could prior to shopping. Did the usual back and for. Clarified all the way through on what the total figure was, the net cap cost, the residual after lease, whether it was including taxes, title, fees, etc. The entire way set on the same number. Clarified multiple times that it was including taxes. Even on the final financing paperwork, saw the calculations and clarified again and was assured that everything included the taxes for buyout already and that there's no penalty with early payoff. Then I find out the final payoff amount is 3k higher than what we had discussed. Went in to talk and they said sorry there must be some misunderstanding, taxes arent included and they never include taxes. And they stared at me like sorry what do you want me to do you already signed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS. There were a lot of other empty promises made along the way. More
They offered me a good lease deal on an Ionic 6 and then strung me along for several days. Then: "After a final review, our management team determined that the discount applied was unfortunately outside the strung me along for several days. Then: "After a final review, our management team determined that the discount applied was unfortunately outside the limits of what we’re able to approve as the deal is more aggressive that we’re giving brokers. I really do apologize for this oversight and want to do everything to make it right." Unprofessional. More
Very shady. Not allowed to test drive cars on the highway. Also the sales person wanted me to test drive a car that was the same make/model/trim than the car I was actually interested in because it would be “the same”. I think a single used car is different than another used car, no? Also very shady with the used EV tax rebate, so much so that I don’t even think they actually offered it, they just covered the “discount” up with more unnecessary charges. Also, a simple Google will tell you all other fake charges that dealers try and charge you on the sale of a car… and this salesperson tacked ALL of those fake charges them on. Honestly treated me as if I was born yesterday. And then downplayed my feelings on a safety concern I had with damage I found on the car. Almost forgot that the finance paper had no grand total, and the biggest charge (5k) was crossed out physically by the salesman so we would see it, talk, and ask about it until we would have had the final contract. Not a good experience, even when I respectfully called the salesman out on these tactics that made me very uncomfortable. I would never buy a car here. Go to another dealer! More
Shady with a capital S. I was trying to purchase a used EV from this dealer. I made it very clear the start that my offer was including all fees and add-ons, in addition I was trying to purchase a used EV from this dealer. I made it very clear the start that my offer was including all fees and add-ons, in addition to the sales price. They agreed. It took a full day to get the OTD breakdown, and when I got it, they were trying to add on 3k worth of add ons and fees. Not only was this flat out not what I offered initially, but it breaks the IRS rules to get the federal EV credit. And then, they tried to claim it does not because the sales price itself was under 25k. Literally on the IRS website it says: "Have a sale price of $25,000 or less. Sale price includes all dealer-imposed costs or fees not required by law." A lot of shady dealers will do this - claim you can get the credit, take it off at point of sale, then you get left with the bag when the IRS disqualifies you next tax season and you have to pay back the 4k. I kept pointing this out and reiterating the exact offer I had already sent, and they kept claiming they're a "big dealer" and that's why I should trust this isn't an issue. I'll take my chances with the IRS literally spelling it out, thanks. I'm not proud of my communications with them thereafter, but considering practices like this can literally put some people in financial ruin, I could not handle the level of disregard at hand. I took my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do as well. Days of back and forth with little transparency and a whole lot of gaslighting, for nothing. More
