I made sure Joe Rosales was working on the day we were coming as we really enjoyed working with him. Boy, did he not disapoint us! Joe was able to get us the best deal possible on a NEW 2020 Mazda CX-9 TOP OF THE LINE and we could not be any happier. The car is gorgeous inside and out and we fell in love immediately! Joe Rosales always takes care of us and is very honest about all the fine print and details. He made our purchase such an easy process, and when our car was freshly washed and ready for us, we had the pleasure of meeting Greg Underwood who explained so thoroughly about all the details of the car. He was so helpful and answered all our questions. We did not feel rushed at all even thought it was so close to closing time when we purchased the car. He even hooked up all of our phones with the bluetooth feature and made sure we were comfortable before we drove off. If I could give Joe Rosales and Greg Underwood more than a 5 star rating, I would because their Customer Service was seriously top notch.
