Always a pleasant experience This is our second Mazda that we bought at this dealership. We met with JD the first time to look at some CX-9. Although we didn’t make a purchase a This is our second Mazda that we bought at this dealership. We met with JD the first time to look at some CX-9. Although we didn’t make a purchase at that time, JD spent over half an hour with us showing us different models and answering all our questions. He was very professional and friendly. We came back a few weeks later and purchased our car there because we appreciated JD’s service the first time (and of course because we found the car we wanted for the right price). JD was not available at the time but he set us up with Tyson and he was also wonderful. We’ve also visited the Toyota and Honda dealers nearby. I have to say the guys at HB Mazda are very nice and patient whether or not you are prepared to buy a car that day. No sales pressure, no gimmicks...which I appreciated. The price you see advertised is the price you get. No add-ons. No hidden charges. Thank you HB Mazda team, especially JD and Tyson, for a such a pleasant car buying experience.
