Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I am a 55 year old Mom that went car shopping with my adult daughter. I contacted Joe Rosales by phone at 11am and explained my complete lack of desi I am a 55 year old Mom that went car shopping with my adult daughter. I contacted Joe Rosales by phone at 11am and explained my complete lack of desire to play the car buying game.i gave Joe my daughters price point and desired vehicle (a 2019 CX5). I asked that he honesty tell me if it was doable before we wasted our time coming in. He called back with options and we met at the dealership at 2pm. He had the car parked out front (correct color inside and out) and we spent very little time making the terms of the transaction perfect for our daughter. “Big Joe” is genuine, caring, and sharing and I personally will more than likely purchase Freon him and have a car shipped to Washington as the experience was nothing I’d ever experienced in the 10 plus car purchasing transactions I’ve been thru. More

Ask for “Big Joe” After a horrific car accident that left my favorite car as a total loss I felt down on my luck for sure. My Mom arrived from out of town and called Hu After a horrific car accident that left my favorite car as a total loss I felt down on my luck for sure. My Mom arrived from out of town and called Huntington Beach Mazda and asked for someone with lots of experience. We were directed to “Big Joe”. He was very honest with us about the car I wanted and my budget. He told my mom and I to meet him at the dealership and he’d have my new car waiting for me. And he delivered! The car was waiting right out front. Joe was extremely personable and I never felt like I was being jerked around or hustled along any part of the process. We went inside to crunch some numbers and I left with the exact car I wanted. Joe was genuinely happy that he could help me get into the car I wanted. After the deal was made my car was waiting outside all nice, detailed and clean. He said he wanted to put a giant red bow on it but it was just too windy. It’s the thought that counted. He gave me his business card and said to call him anytime with any questions. It took about 24 hours before I had a question so off I went looking for that business card. I don’t believe it took more than 30 seconds for Joe to call me back and answer my question. I will definitely be returning to Huntington Beach Mazda with all of my car needs. Thank you Joe! More

Thank you Ed! I previously had a used 2008 Mazda and knew I wanted another one. This was the first dealership I went to and I was lucky enough to test drive a Mazda I previously had a used 2008 Mazda and knew I wanted another one. This was the first dealership I went to and I was lucky enough to test drive a Mazda CX5 with Ed. He was helpful and supportive with out being a pushy salesman. Such a an Easy Buying Experience I began emailing about the car I wanted about a week prior to wanting to buy and Joe was very prompt and throrough with his responses to my many quest I began emailing about the car I wanted about a week prior to wanting to buy and Joe was very prompt and throrough with his responses to my many questions. Another dealer’s internet manager stopped responding to me very soon on, so Joe’s attentiveness was appreciated. After speaking to Joe and feeling very assured that my car would be transferred and ready for me a day sooner than I originally had requested, I arrived on the lot with all of my questions answered and confident in my purchase choice. Although the process was long, as one expects, Joe and his colleagues were pleasant and Joe kept me informed of what he was doing every time he left momentarily. I was happy to find that Mazda’s financing offered me a lower rate than my credit union had and was very pleased with the extended warranty package offered to me. I’ve heard that car shopping and buying are some of the worst experiences for many, but this process was smooth, transparent and actually enjoyable! I’m very happy with my purchase and new wheels and would send anyone to Huntington Beach Mazda without hesitation More
