I was not planning to buy that Saturday, only start looking at 2023 CX-5’s. I already knew what I wanted including the color white. All the salespeople were busy with customers so my friend and I walke looking at 2023 CX-5’s. I already knew what I wanted including the color white. All the salespeople were busy with customers so my friend and I walked around the lot and saw a white CX-5 Premium with everything on my list and more. Salesperson, Joe came out and suggested we take it for a test drive without him since he was already with a customer. I drove it around the block and knew in my heart that this was my car. I told Joe my decision and he got the paperwork started. Long story short, after signing all the paperwork, Joe handed me the keys and patiently walked me through everything until I had no more questions. He said to contact him anytime with questions or assistance, which I ended up doing the very next day. I never thought I could trust a car salesperson but ended up with Joe, thank You God!
