I actually made my purchase at HB Mazda vs another dealer because of them both. I walked in with a vague idea of what I wanted and was never pushed to a particular vehicle or option that didn't fit what I was looking for. I was also indecisive of leasing vs financing. Both Andrew and Jonathan spent about an hour with me going over the numbers and pros/cons of both. Jonathan also helped me get the best financing option for me, which was not through Mazda. The entire sales process was transparent, professional, and never left me feeling uncomfortable. I couldn't recommend HB Mazda and Andrew Pham more. I'll update this review after having some service done on the car so I can speak to the service department. More

The first time I visited HB Mazda I fell in love with the CX 5 in the color red. I did not purchase a vehicle on my first visit, but Andrew kept in contact. I sent him a text on a daily basis with nonstop questions and he replied promptly each time. Andrew was able to get me a pretty sweet deal on the car I wanted. Once I was ready to purchase, Jeremy, finance manager, explained every number in detail. After all the contracts were singed, Andrew took me to my new CX 5 and explained the ins and outs of all the buttons in the interior, how to use navigation, etc. Thank you Andrew for your patience and awesome customer service!
