I research everything and came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. Michael Nash helped me out. I test drove a 2015 Mazda 3 GT sedan and was blown away at how amazing this car really is! I've had a BMW, a couple VW's, and more... I have to say, this little Mazda is by far my most favorite car. Post test drive my exact words to Michael were "how quickly can you sell it to me?." Michael was great -- I told him I would walk out if he came back with a certain payment and to my surprise he came back with something lower. Granted, there was a tiny bit of negotiation but we eventually arrived at number I felt very good about. Total time spent in the dealership: hour and a half? Seems like any other time I've bought a car, I would be there for 3-4 hours at least. Very happy, thank you all! More

Victor Alvarado and Mike Nash both helped me with my purchase, and they were super patient, helpful, and easy to work with. I took a lot of time researching vehicles before I made my purchase, and Victor was diligent in following up with me, but still gave me enough space to where I didn't feel like I was being pressured And Mike worked really hard to help me get the trade-in price I needed to hit, and was pleasant to work with overall.
