Since I don't like to sit at dealerships all day, I did a lot of pre work and got the price before I went in....(I had already went in for the test drive a few months back). Checked true car and got even lower. I brought my dog in both times and he was treated very well by all. They bend over backwards to help, assist, explain and support. This is a great dealership with good training and professionalism and best prices to boot! Recommend highly! I contacted South Bay and Browning....was unimpressed! More

Barry is very knowledgeable about the cars and the different models and options they come with. He is friendly and patient, and doesn't pressure you to buy right away. Once I decided that I wanted the Mazda 3 Hatchback, he made sure to help me get the package and color I wanted at an excellent interest rate. That same day, he went to the Tustin dealership to pick up the car because the HB location didn't have the package I wanted. He went above and beyond by staying after store closing to explain all the features, how the car works, and to answer all my questions. He also makes sure you know that he's always available if you ever need anything. A++ More

I test drove a 2015 Mazda 3 GT sedan and was blown away at how amazing this car really is! I've had a BMW, a couple VW's, and more... I have to say, this little Mazda is by far my most favorite car. Post test drive my exact words to Michael were "how quickly can you sell it to me?." Michael was great -- I told him I would walk out if he came back with a certain payment and to my surprise he came back with something lower. Granted, there was a tiny bit of negotiation but we eventually arrived at number I felt very good about. Total time spent in the dealership: hour and a half? Seems like any other time I've bought a car, I would be there for 3-4 hours at least. Very happy, thank you all! More
