After talking with Robert Chong I immediately felt this dealership was different. From the moment we walked into the showroom my wife and I felt relaxed, which we had not felt at other dealerships. The entire process was very pleasant and we drove home in a brand new Mazda 3 Hatchback, which we love and really appreciate the gas milage we are now getting. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or service their Mazda. Our dealer, Joe, was friendly, wanted to help us, and treated us with respect. He answered all our questions (and we had a lot), worked on the best deal for us and didn't keep us at the dealership all day. We purchased a Mazda3 i Touring and we are very happy. He explained to them what would be their best choice with what they were looking for. That weekend they ended up getting their cars, and I went with them to finalize the deal, and I was also looking to change my car. Barry took me to test drive the Mazda6. He was not pushy and answered all of my questions, even took me on a couple of test drives until I felt very comfortable with my choice. He didn't pressure at all. They help you get the best deal you can get. After we purchase our cars, they still offer to help with any questions we have and any other way they can be helpful. Overall all the staff at HB Mazda are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. More

After being directed to the Internet department, Barry reached out to me. As in sales myself, I liked his approach - Not too pushy, an expert on all the gadgets that the car can offer and a genuine personality. I contacted about 6 dealerships within my area to negotiate a lower price and ended back at HB Mazda because Barry said he will meet any price, as he did. The only downfall to my experience is the car had been on the lot that month, so I brought it home with 50 miles on it (but of course, you can't have it all). I am very happy with my purchase, no buyers remorse and the Mazda3 is the perfect choice for me! More
