I originally wanted a white mazda6 but they gave me an excellent deal for the silver. Barry went out of his way to look for cars with the color I wanted. He also offered to drive me to another dealership to check out one of their cars with the almond interior. He even offered me all weather floor mats at his own cost. Overall,outstanding service! Would not have purchased a Mazda anywhere else I was impressed with the Mazda product but the two other dealerships I went to did not impress me at all. I decided to try one more Mazda dealership and went into the store on Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach. What a difference! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I met Joe Rosales, who worked with me tirelessly and answered ALL of my questions, at all hours. He never wavered in his passion for the Mazda product and knew more about the car than anyone who had tried to sell me ANY car in my 7-month buying process. I was fortunate to come into Huntington Beach Mazda and meet Joe Rosales. I love my CX-5. He is seriously a joy to work with. (I NEVER thought I would say that about a car salesman!) He is honest and has a moral compass. He went into this business for all the right reasons. His level of customer service has far exceeded any I have experienced. He took us on a nice long route for our test drive including the freeway – for the first time I felt like I could actually get to know the car because he is so knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to test the Bluetooth connection and all the ins and outs of the car. AND he stayed past closing time to ensure we had everything we needed, never once rushing us. Why this dealership rocks: 1. They honored my TrueCar quote. AMAZING! 2. They went above and beyond. I am looking for a specific car that’s in high demand. I have been getting the run around from other dealerships saying that that car is just not out there and trying to get me to settle on something – this is a HUGE commitment – you should be getting what you’re looking for! Huntington Beach Mazda understands this. Joe Rosales and Berry Raymond went above and beyond by finding several cars that fit the criteria at other locations and got my "unicorn" to their lot for me. It took 5 days for the car to be shipped to that dealership, that was kind of annoying... Joe is very approachable and makes buying a car as pleasant as it could possibly be. More
